And even though the pill is a little on the larger side (like most prenatals), it’s smooth and has a gentle coating that makes it easier to swallow than I expected.I also really appreciate how gentle it is on my stomach. I’ve taken other vitamins in the past that made me nauseous—even with food—but this one hasn’t caused any issues, which is a miracle during the first trimester.I’ve been taking it throughout pregnancy, and I plan to continue into postpartum and breastfeeding since it’s got everything I need for that stage too.If you’re looking for a dependable, doctor-recommended prenatal that’s easy to stick with, this one is a winner. This prenatal multivitamin has everything I was looking for essential vitamins like A, C, D, B6, B12, folic acid, iron, and even Omega 3 DHA, all in one softgel. It’s super convenient to only take one pill a day, especially during pregnancy when you’re already juggling so much.

Great prenatal multivitamin but be warned; if you live in a place that's very hot and they deliver the package in a metal mailbox, the pills will most likely melt together. Today the outside temperature is 101 degrees fahrenheit. One can only imagine how hot it is inside of a metal mailbox. And as you can see, they melted together into one giant vitamin. I cut open the pill bottle to pull it out and I plan to gently separate the pills from one another.

Very easy to swallow

These vitamins smell so so strongly of fish oil that I gagged when opening the bottle, when taking the vitamin, and hours later when I smelled my fingertips that had held the pill for < 5 seconds that morning. After googling & reading some reddit forums, it sounds like the formula changed in ~2023, and this issue with strong, bad scent emerged for lots of women.There are many competitors whose prenatal offering has all the same vitamin & do not have this terrible smell. I do not recommend this prenatal.
