Great kit with everything you need
I was pleasantly surprised by how well this 24-in-1 Watch Band Link Pin Remover Kit worked, especially at such a low price! I’ve never repaired a watch band before, but this kit made the process super easy and hassle-free. It includes everything you need — from multiple pin sizes to extra tips, and even a carrying case to keep things organized. The build quality is much better than expected for the price. The remover tool feels sturdy and the tips are easy to change out. I used it to adjust several metal watch bands, and it worked flawlessly every time. The extra replacement tips are a great bonus in case one wears out over time.If you're looking for an affordable, all-in-one kit to adjust or repair your own watch bands, this is it. It’s saved me money and a trip to the jeweler. Highly recommended for DIYers and watch lovers alike!

Surprisingly - even shockingly - good and for the price, it's a fantastic deal!
When we opened it open, it looked kind of cheap and rinky-dinky, but it works great (used it on several factory Seiko bands and it worked just like a Bergeron or other high-end tool). For the price, it can't be beat - shockingly good at a ridiculously low price.

You Can Do It!
My watch fetish was even more expensive when I had to take each one into a watch repair place to re-size the metal bands. After paying $10.00 a piece to have a watch band sized, and seeing that they literally did it in under 10 minutes, I figured even I, mechanically challenged and all, could figure it out.I ordered this kit from Amazon for $9.99. I had three watches I needed to re-size but didn't want to pay $30 or hassle with schlepping them into the mall. When the kit arrived, I was intimidated, lots of doo dads and things, but thankfully, it came with a nicely written instruction booklet, and along with a YouTube video, I was ready to try this out.The kit itself contained:-Watch band pin remover with 3 extra tips (which I needed because I bent the first one right away)-A watch holder so your watch doesn't wiggle around while you are trying to size it-A dual headed hammer (one side metal one side silicone) to help you tap in the cotter pins (a very useful tool)-3 Pin punches to help remove the pins-20 extra cotter pins in various sizes-A soft microfiber wipe - which I used to rub the fingerprints off my watches after fixing. So as someone not mechanically inclined, I struggled a bit the first time out with this kit - I inserted the pins backward, I bent the head on the pin punch, I crossed threaded a pin, and the list goes on. However, I was able to re-size the first watch, and the kit contained everything I needed (mechanical skills obviously not included). I was able to re-size the 3 watches in about 45 minutes (again, not the kit's fault, it was fine).I would have given this 5 stars except for 2 things - the head of the pin punch bent easily (replacements are included), and I would have liked a longer pin punch for one of the watches I worked on. However, for $10, right out of the gate this kit saved me $20 in repair fees, and I wish I had ordered it sooner for the other watches I had taken in for repair.Highly recommend.

Gets the job done and for a great price
This set brings a ton of tools to change the sizing on your watches. Other reviews mention that the pins wear out easily, which may be true (I see some bending on my pins already) but there are so many replacement pieces that I am not too annoyed at that. Would recommend.

Great value!
I purchased this kit to resize a watch for my son. The kit is well packed, well presented and very well equipped. Worked like a charm. Very happy with the result for the price!

Low quality but you can make it work
I read another reviewer suggest that you're better off buying a higher quality tool set for this job and I agree, but the challenge is that the Amazon marketplace seems only to carry this quality, albeit in various permutations that include or exclude components. Since I couldn't find anything that looked appreciably better, I purchased this one and was able to make it work.On the upside: The band holder block works passably and the kit contained the proper size pin punch that let me drive/reinstall my band pins.On the downside:1) the band holder is just an echo of all the others I saw on Amazon, which only includes one row with larger gaps for the thicker band I was working with. It would be better if this block would include a second, larger-gapped row to help hold the other side of the bracelet to keep it supported at the same height and aligned--it's awkward to do this while also holding a small pin in one hand and the hammer in the other.2) The solder or epoxy or whatever that was holding the hammer head on the handle was loose so the head just spins on the handle. I was able to make it work, but again: low quality.3) The replacement pins provided look more like a cotter or split pin, which is different than what is used in my watch band or any that I've ever seen. Thankfully, I was removing links and could reuse the ones from my bracelet.4) My band had a tiny bushing around the pins that would have been easy to loose (I almost did). That would be a useful addition to this kit.5) The other reviewers' comments that the pin pusher vise are correct in that there's not enough adjustment available in the base to support the band elements properly. I didn't use the tool because of this. It's interesting to me that seemingly all of the watch band tool sets on Amazon look the same...like exactly the same. They must all come off of the same line or are copies of the same design. This is unfortunate since there are glaring limitations inherent in the design that could be improved with a little diversity of thought and manufacturing. In the end you can make this work; it's better than nothing and it's cheap. That said, I would have gladly paid more for a better set if I could find it readily.
