Pros:1.) Ease of use - Due to it's tubeless design, it is not required to align the cuff with the brachial artery. So, it is easier to use, especially if you have to take readings on your own.Note: Finding the brachial artery by pulse location might be simple if you are a healthcare professional or practice this regularly. For everyone else, this BP monitor is very convenient!2.) Digital - Not just in displaying the BP readings, but the ecosystem as well, i.e. you can upload the reading to your Omron app via Bluetooth.3.) Fit - This fits on above average bicep sizes (like 9-9.5 inches) as well as smaller bicep sizes (like 14-14.5 inches). It might be a fit for sizes outside this range as well. I haven't tested it on anyone outside this range!4.) Overall good build quality - feels premium.Cons:brachial1.) Without any offers, the price is a bit expensive, but got it at 8.3k during the great Indian festival sale. So, I feel this is a not a major con. Try to buy this in a sale!2.) After putting the batteries inside, the battery cover took a few tries to close fully. Since replacing battery is once in a few months activity, this is a minor con.

Purchased this on the advice of my family doctor. Found it extremely easy to use plus did not face the problems with most other similar instruments where at least 50 pct of the readings needed to be redone as the cuff was indicated as placed wrongly. Makes it easy to take at least 3 readings over a short period and select the right reading. It has a 5 year warranty and is imported from Japan. There is an app and the instrument can connect wirelessly with that. All in all a very good buy and a life saver.

The ease of usablity and brand does make it worth it, but I was very disappointed that they didint include a carrying case with it.It is a fairly expensive machine as compared to other brands, and not including a carrying case is a bit too cheap.

The product is very easy to use and gives fairly accurate readings. However in my case, the product stopped working all of a sudden. Contacting Omron proved useless.

It is a fairly accurate device and is fairly idiot-proof to use and there is where good points end. The Software is just too buggy for my like and takes effort to sync. Even after syncing the days with the graphical display may or may not update. The app has advertisements in it and that is just not acceptable after buying such a premium product. I had written and given this feedback in detail but to no avail. The latest version of the app is even more buggy. Perhaps when you are big enough in the industry one stops listening to the users.The second quirk is that it takes one reading at a time. All high-end machines either give you an option of multiple readings (Usually 3) and give you an option of taking an average readout or separate if so wished. That is just a matter of a firmware update - but they seem to be happy with their product but sadly I am not.I am so perturbed with the software that it is just a matter of time before it goes on OLX and I get a new one. There are only two in this price range and ease of use and the other one is used by my cousin, without naming it - I will go for it.
