I was looking for a berberine supplement to support my overall wellbeing, and after searching for a while, I came across these. They are extremely good value for money given that one pough will last me three months, but also high strength with 2000mg per capsule! I have been taking them for a few weeks now, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my general health. Thoroughly recommended high strength berberine supplement!

I began taking a Berberine HCL supplement a few months ago and after I ran out of my previous one (a different brand), I decided to try these. This brand is much better value for money for the strength and supply, I have experienced none of the side effects that I did before as there are no added nasties! Will absolutely be sticking with this one!

I’m very impressed with this high dosage Berberine. It is really helping and great to take in a single dose instead of 4 capsules.

There are a few reviews here saying about the 200 mg extract in this product. Let me clarify.They take 2000mg of berberine, remove the waste (the bits we don’t need, like fibres) and reduce it down to 200 mgIT’S THE SAME AS TAKING 2000mg, and has the same amount of active compound, just minus the rubbish we don’t need.Hope this clarifies the confusion from some of the previous reviews.Great product. I’ve had no side effects, although I do take them with food and drink plenty of water.

I bought this after reviews said it curbed appetite, and this was the dose to get. I have not noticed any difference at all. I'm giving it 3 stars because the cost/tablet size and packet were all acceptable.
