I was worried because the price is low but very satisfied with this product. Bought it as a gift but I did a quick check and everything looks good! All the lights work, the colors are great, functions well 😊 I will be ordering from here again for myself this time!

One of the lights quit working after I used it only a handful of times. I figured it was the battery but even a fresh battery didn’t fix it. I still use it to practice but it was definitely a disappointment.

First one came damaged out of box and had no issues with exchanging for new one. Second one worked really well for about a day and half and got so many compliments of the brightness and colors of the lights. One of the lights simply stopped working the second night. Did not drop it, squish it or anything, just stopped working. Still kept it because it works okay and remaining lights are great.

I ended up buying two of these because each toy corroded and broke within one 6 hour session each. For whatever reason, the PCB (motherboard) is just exposed to the elements. I suspect that either A. the batteries are not rated to be spun at such high velocities and are leaking battery acid or B. the humidity in the air causes corrosion from being spun around.The first one actually arrived with one dead light. I then ordered batteries thinking it would fix it and it didnt (still, order batteries when you buy >.<) So I ordered a replacement light and proceeded to lose the broken PCB from the first one before I could return it. Well, I figured even if I couldnt return the first one at least I had a good second one! (Side note: I attempted to claim the first one on GloFX's site through the warranty but the terms of the warranty are BAD. You must send the item back on your dime and then pay for the replacements shipping! So at that point, I just ordered a replacement PCB and intended to keep it.WELL, I took them both (which had now passed an initial home test) to a camping festival. I used the first one the first night for about 6 hours. I swapped out the batteries at least once because the lights were starting to turn off randomly. By the next day they were all corroded and changing the battery did not help.Well, I had the other one so I went ahead and used that the second night. Sure enough, it too broke and corroded by the following day.On the bright side, these are super good looking flow toys and was very easy to pick up and dance with. I actually love this Flow more than any other toy BUT it is basically functionless and needs a complete redesign.The battery issues are only the first problem. Replacing the string (as it gets stretched easily from the friction) is very difficult to get correct. The cords must be the very exact same length AND tied identically in order to center the toy. I dont know how to fix that but maybe a different form of replacement strings.I'm posting this to Amazon because I know this is where lots of these sales are made. I hope it gets to the right people.

I had to order 2 replacement Orbits within 2 weeks. The first one the chops would malfunction and not lock properly. I would hold down the button until the green light blinked and then the light would just randomly turn itself on without being touched. When I would go to use them they would just shut off for no reason. The first orbit had a warped casing. Decided to try to get a replacement and received an orbit with a dead LED on arrival and a warped housing that was even worse than the first. There is a 1/4” gap where the teeth of the halves should lock in. I have confirmed on Glo fx’s own website that rhe 2 halves should fit together. I gave 2 stars for the cool idea. -3 stars for sending me products with no quality control. I would love to own one that actually functions as the manufacturer states it. Look up their photos on Etsy to see how the housing should look.

Really fun! Just one of the lightbulbs stopped working after dropping it several times on tile floor

Got the orbit and only 2/3 of the lights worked. They did send a replacement, but only 1/3 of the lights on that one worked. It’s a shame because it would be a really cool toy if it functioned properly. I’m assuming the led lights are cheap which is why they don’t work.

Well, it seems like the GloFX Black Ion Orbit 3 LED would be awesome- However- The one I received is used, banged up and doesn't work properly. I had heard so many wonderful things about GloFX products- To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I just do not understand why a seller would want to sully their reputation by sending used and non-functioning items to consumers. Now, I get to go through the crappy experience of trying to get a refund. :::sigh::: And of course... The item is no longer in stock... So a refund it will have to be. I will update as to the cooperation and ease of attempting a refund.
