I’ve been holding out on purchasing e-scooters as I’m more of a bike person. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this scooter is.First, who is it for? It’s great for older kids and adults. This is no toy. Make sure kids have protection or are capable enough to balance and handle the power.This thing can accelerate quickly and can also go really fast! Again, understand the speed and always keep in mind safety first!!! There are 4 speed settings. Fastest “S” goes 19 mph. Normal “D” is around 12, Eco is around 8 and Walking is around 4. Acceleration is instant so hold on tight to prepare for the jerking when starting. Practice adjusting the power from the throttle on right handle to ensure smooth acceleration.I like that there are many other intuitive features. There is one hand brake on the left handle can lock up the rear wheel tightly. Just ease into the brakes to avoid wearing out the rear tire. Next to the brake handle is a nice bell. A standard latch above the front wheels lets you collapse the upper frame/handles.The controls are intuitive enough to figure out without having to RTFM. The power button does everything. A long hold powers on and off. Tap once to turn on the front and rear lights! Double tap changes the speed. Super tip: To get to walking speed, squeeze the brake and double tap. Triple tap changes from MPH to KPH.Finally, this looks amazing with the orange trim over gray body. It’s just the right size and can be tucked away easily or held upright with a kicks stand on the bottom on the same side as the charging port. I’m considering getting a second one. My bikes have competition and may get jealous!

My 13yr saved up his own $$ for this electric scooter, and let me tell you—it’s not just a scooter, it’s a freedom machine. One second they were complaining about walking 3 minutes to the mailbox, and now they’re zipping around the neighborhood like they’re training for the Electric Olympics.Goes fast enough to terrify parents but NO WORRIES ...parents you can download the app to set speed control....he can not go fast enough to outrun dad in Crocs.Apparently makes them 37% cooler among their peers (studies pending).Lightweight and easy to carry. The lock function on the APP is great for him to take it school for early football practice. (He also uses a bike lock)I have even taken this comfortable scooter for a joy ride while my son is away. It is super fun, great quality and power plus charging time is very fast!The reflectors and lights on the scooter are perfect for coming home when the street lights.While waiting outside for my son , he will ring the bell to make sure I know he is on his way.Warning: Once anyone rides this, they will immediately develop the confidence of a motorcycle stuntman and start requesting sunglasses, fingerless gloves, and a Spotify playlist titled “Epic Ride Vibes.”

I am a 65 year old female and I live in a large 55+ community with a great clubhouse, pools and pickleball courts. They are a little too far away to walk but I hate driving the car there and we don’t have a golf cart. My neighbor got an electric scooter and it looked like fun, so I ordered this!I love it! It was so easy to set up and charges quickly! It is easy to balance and really moves out on the flat surfaces! It’s way more fun than riding a bike! It reminds me of my skateboarding days as a kid! The brakes work well and it comes with a head/tail light for evening use. I love zipping around the community on my scooter! This was a great purchase for me!

I've been using this VOLPAM scooter (8.5 ", 350W) for a couple of days, mostly riding around my neighborhood, and I'm really happy with it. It's lightweight, folds up easily, and is super convenient for short trips or quick errands. It feels sturdy and smooth on sidewalks and paved roads. The 350W motor has enough power for flat areas and handles small hills just fine. It picks up speed steadily and still feels safe, especially in a quiet community. The 8.5" solid tires aren't bouncy but do a decent job over cracks and small bumps. I've been getting around 10 miles on a full charge, which is great for casual use. If you're looking for a fun, reliable scooter for daily use around your area, this one is a great value.
