Hydrofy has become my go-to hydration mix. I absolutely love the Orange with Caffeine flavor—it tastes just like Sunny D and gives me a smooth, clean boost of energy that gets me through the afternoon without any crash.What makes Hydrofy stand out is the perfect balance of electrolytes and the addition of molecular hydrogen, which no other hydration mix offers. I feel more energized, clear-headed, and genuinely hydrated after drinking it.It's sugar-free, low calorie, and the ingredients are super clean. The variety pack is great, but I keep reaching for the Orange. If you're looking for something that tastes amazing and actually works, this is it.

Of all the electrolyte powders I've tried, these are probably my favorite so far. The electrolyte composition is solid and the flavors are great. I stash the orange with caffeine in my vest for when I need a cheeky boost mid-run.

I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte that has no sugar, tastes good, has the minerals I need, and actually hydrates me after a workout, and decided to give this one a try. I prefer a more diluted drink, so I mix with about 24oz+ of water. Overall, flavor is good, not sweet (since no sugar) but also not tart - my favorite is the raspberry. I like that the orange has caffeine so I can use it in place of my morning coffee. It definitely produces hydrogen. Lots of bubbles when you add the mix to your drink and give it a shake or two. I also feel like the hydration works well to keep me hydrated throughout the day and/or after one of my training runs. The mix of minerals is good for me as someone who works out regularly and I like that they use KCl (potassium chloride) instead of NaCl (sodium chloride) as the salt - much better for rehydration. Functionally, it took me a second to figure out how to open the packets, but once I realized how to do it (tear on the white line), it’s very simple and much better than having to rip, like other products which spill. I will definitely be buying this again.

I’ve been drinking electrolytes for a while, namely LMNT and Liquid IV. I’ve also experimented with hydrogen tablets before. Joe Rogan just talked about hydrogen water on the show so I decided to give it another shot which is how I stumbled across hydrofy.I didn’t expect much, but it’s actually great because it combines electrolytes and hydrogen water. The flavors are clean and it isnt overly salty taste like the others. I feel noticeably better after workouts. I just drank one after my soccer game and feel greatDefinitely a step up from what I was using before.
