I live in Arizona so having a daily electrolyte is 1000% necessary. With that said, the flavor is great. Tastes like passionfruit. Also, IT KEPT ME SO FULL! I could only eat about half of my normal lunch. I will definitely be incorporating this into my every day water intake.

Love this. I fast 3-4 days a week and these possibly have been literal life savers. One packet makes two glasses. And they’re yummy iced. Also good cause you can easily fit them in your bag or pocket if needed🧡

It tastes great, especially while hiking when we are filling our water bottles with local water that tastes different than what I'm used to. I think it does really help with the sugar cravings. It's conveniently packed, and even my picky eater child likes the taste of this, though he hates grape flavored anything. I put in one packet in my 24 oz bottle and find it still tasty enough to drink it. I am also glad it has a stevia derived sweetener in it instead of the other stuff.

Tastes great and works well for hydration but didn’t really feel like it helped against cravings.

My favorite electrolytes. I love the ultimate electrolytes and this flavor in particular is so good for Summer. Very tropical flavor and keeps me hydrated in the Florida sun. The single serve packets are so easy to use, I just throw a few in my beach bag, a few in the purse, and I always have two or three in my car. Great for On The Go!

Absolutely Love all these Ultima hydration powder sticks & all the different types they offer! The flavors are really good & also love that they’re Sugar-Free. My favorite is the Pink Lemonade. I usually have one in morning & sip on another in afternoons. They are really Uplifting to me.

I'll give this product a solid 3 stars. The flavor is actually really pleasing. The powder mixes in seamlessly in the water, with some good shaking. I haven't tried stirring it into a drink, so I can't say if there is a difference there. I feel like it helps keep me hydrated, but, I am drinking a lot of water so that's kind of a given. For the claim, crave killer, now that I just can't agree with. I've been on a strict diet for 9 months. I'm good with control of cravings. I thought, if this worked as titled, it might help on those harder days. Unfortunately, besides upkeep of my hydration, I have seen no noticeable benefit from this product. I will not be purchasing again. I feel like it's claim to help curve cravings, is definitely false advertising and gimmicky. All on top of being expensive, for what you get.

As usual ultima came up with another great product. It’s delicious and I mix it in my iced tea. I love that it’s sugar free and full of electrolytes. I just wish it came in the 90 serving just like my lemonade flavor!
