I received the phone on 06 February, 2025 and contacted Samsung to verify the product and found outthat the phone was activated on 01 February, 2025, in additional that phone signal and battery very badلقد استلمت الهاتف بتاريخ 06 فبراير 2025 واتصلت بشركة سامسونج للتحقق من المنتج واكتشفت أن الهاتف تم تنشيطه بتاريخ 01 فبراير 2025، بالإضافة إلى أن إشارة الهاتف والبطارية سيئة للغاية.

Packing quality
The packing quality of product was not according to the Samsung original packing. The box was dented without a plastic wrap. The mobile itself was without the protective black cover. I just returned it instantly and got one from Samsung original store with official packing and mobile screen layer.
