I recently purchased this NoiseFit Halo 2 smart watch and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The high-resolution screen is simply stunning, providing crystal-clear visuals that make reading notifications and navigating apps a pleasure. The operation is incredibly smooth, with no lag or delays, which really enhances the user experience. Additionally, the watch is packed with multiple advanced features that make it stand out from the competition. From fitness tracking to smart notifications, it has everything I need and more. I ordered the Noisefit Halo 2 smartwatch on 6th April 2025 via Amazon.in. Upon checking the product, I found that the sports mode functionality is severely limited — only eight preset sports modes are available, and the Noisefit app allows adding just one more. There is no option to customize or add additional modes, which was a key feature in my purchase decision.Once this limitation was identified, I raised the issue with Amazon.in, who then redirected me to Noise customer care. I contacted the customer care number and was instructed to send a video of the issue, which I did on 12th April 2025. As of today (22nd April 2025), that video has not even ever been viewed.Following this, I was told to register a complaint on the Noise website, which I did on 14th April 2025. Since then, Noise has been making repeated, unproductive contact — sending irrelevant troubleshooting links that do not address my issue and offering vague apologies without any actual resolution.Despite replying to their emails and reiterating that the issue remains unresolved, the response on 17th April 2025 was yet another promise to “get in touch.” What followed was a complete disregard for accountability — on 21st April 2025, the Noise team closed the complaint ticket without any resolution, fix, or follow-up.This entire process has been a frustrating, time-wasting experience with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It is unacceptable for a brand to treat customers this way — ignoring valid issues, giving runarounds, and ultimately closing tickets without resolution.I expect a proper resolution and accountability — not another generic response or false promise.

Dear Noise Team.1 When AOD is activated password function doesn't work. Which I am expecting to be updated in next update for the watch.2. If it would be possible to control volume when playing music, with the bazzle it would be great and easy.3. I can only store 1 watch face, rest I can not dllt of update.Please look into the matter rest great work done. Thank you

For the price of ₹4499 the build quality is top notch. Features work as good as advertised.App is decent but maybe a bit more work on the watch faces other than that a value for money smart watch.

Sports mode is only showing 8 options and not able to update the modes. Also activity detail is incomplete vs the colorfit model that i had been using.Very disappointed with this model after paying premium price over the model i already had

Average watch model, nothing so special to wonder watch faces are not getting saved, everytime you need to redownload the face

Shows problem connection message everytime in my mobile even though connected. Also some times call disconnect option does not shows on watch when mobile rings for incoming calls.
