Fantastic best air con I've invested in put it on and my room is cool within half an hour no messing about with water or ice I'm that happy with it I bought another one lovely for the bedroom not to hot now so get a lovely night's sleep now would recommend it to anyone

My dad has been bitching and moaning about being too hot for years, last year I brought this machine and finally persuaded him into getting one! He loved it said he was freezing cold all night!Tad noisy but we love that white noise in our family (helps us sleep!) Easy to set up, looks like great quality for the price. I have taken one star off as I had a problem with mine and tried to contact the suppliers weeks ago and still have not had a reply!

Item was delivered yesterday! Is set up on 16 degrees and is no difference between AC and Fan mode. Is not cooling at all. Also the air coming out on the tube is coold as well when it suppose to be hot air after the temperature transfer. Is is clear that the compresor is not starting. Can be due to transport as everyone know hou packages are handed by the shipping companies. Forgot to mention the box was a bit damaged in one corner when arrived but the item itself is looking ok. Unfortunately it is a non returnable item as well on Amazon due to the weight so ended up with a really expensive fan instead of an AC.

Solid well made unit which cools effectively in our large bedroom and not too noisy. Already have a Lidl 7,000 btu unit and this one is definitely more powerful so I feel confident the 9,000 btu figure is genuine. Bought a second one for our living room.Original price of £179 was a bargain and i see its increasing daily as the weather gets hotter !

Heads up: energy rating on this page is wrong. Amazon lists A+++, but the divice is simply A. See photos.Anyway, very simple to unbox, looks nice, and is well sized for a portable AC. Have only had a few hours use out of it, but cools down the room very fast. Bought because my other one from a different brand stopped working.The only negatives:- Somewhat loud, but not the worst.- Doesn't display current room temp.- Doesn't seem to auto shut off when it hits the set temp (probably because it can't monitor).- Can't adjust the dehumidifier % and it doesn't display, so I'm unsure of how low it even dehumids to.- The window attachment is the generic plastic that only sits on sliding windows that are rare in the UK, so I had to buy a separate cloth one off Amazon.Works and is well priced, but the energy efficiency thing was a real letdown, especially with how expensive electric bills are nowadays. Works out to be about £0.27p per hour.
