Product works very well for helping boost energy, testosterone levels and Libido in men. I’ve only been taking for 2 weeks now and can already feel the effects I can only imagine what it is going to be like at the 3 month mark! I switched this out for my morning multivitamin and have never felt better at 25. The ashwagandha works within minutes for me and lasts all day during my 12 hour shifts from what I can tell. I take both in the morning as soon as I get up and the taste is amazing for being all natural, I am very impressed with the quality of this product and the Black Musil and Ashwagandha being mixed in with shilajit, yeah this is the best Shilajit product on the market for sure. If you’re on the fence like I was, just go for it! You will not regret it!

Best results of the several brands I tested
I have tried several other brands in the "gummies" form and Bodywise has provide the most positive results compared to the others. The taste ok, not bad but not the best tasting of some other brands but did produce the most noticeable results.

Some magic there for sure
When I take these even just one I can definitely feel a huge difference in my energy those days so loving them. I am only taking it every couple days or so since I did notice some constipation with it. The initial taste is good since I love tamarind but at the end of your chew you do get a strong taste so I just flush it down with water but the taste is not nearly as bad as the other forms of silajit

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Since I can’t seem to leave a comment about the delivery, I’ll leave it here. The products I ordered were great. No complaints there. The Amazon delivery driver left my package in my trash can rather than my front porch or actual package box. The day was sunny. There was no reason not to put it on my front porch. I’m just glad it wasn’t garbage pickup day.
