I bought this on 5th october 2024 and already it’s not charging

This product worked well for the first 3 charges bit after that the product no longer picked up the barking or any other loud noise even when the sensor was on its highest setting. Was great when it was working but I don't think it's good enough for my dog.

Functionality:Different options for discouraging the barking of the dogs Chargeability:The charging system is flimsy. Theagmetic connection is not that strong. One of the pins has either broken or stuck in and is no longer working as a charger. Had this item from 1st may 2025 and broke the other week.Luckily we ordered 2 so can still charge but it's inconvenient.Can't see any way of being able to contact the seller.So hope this initiates a response and can update if satisfied

After a noise complaint from the council about our older dog developing a habit of standing in the garden barking unnecessarily we had to take action. The vets prescribed anti anxiety tablets which we were not keen on but a low dose of the pills, this collar and some positive reinforcement from us trained him out of the habit, we have now been able to stop the medication and our old boy is settled again. The beep of the collar is an alternative to us saying “no” when we are not home to say it. No further complaints received so us, the dog and the neighbours are happy again.
