XXL is true to its size.
I'm a big girl (280lbs) so I was skeptical that these would even fit me but I was pleasantly surprised that these fit like a comfortable pair of undies. In fact, it doesn't really feel like I'm wearing anything at all.The material is very soft. Doesn't feel bulky so it's not noticeable when wearing clothing. They also smell good too though the scent can be a little too strong for my personal liking.The coverage is great on these as well. I didn't have any accidents overnight and I sleep crazy 🤣 so I feel like this was a purchase well spent and I will buy these again.

Get them to save your mattress
Perfect for us who have heavy cycles especially at night , for me I wear the first few days rather day or night as I bleed heavy .

These are advertised for your heavy period days. But they work pretty well for bladder leaks.
A lot more absorbent than I expected. I bought them by accident. What I needed was bladder control underwear, but these worked very well and a lot more discreet than the bladder control ones.

Buy theses to stay dry and save your sheets
Helped to keep me dry and my sheets safe during my heavy days. After 3 C- sections my periods are heavier than ever. Not sexy but keeps things in order !

Genuinely surprised…would buy again!!
I was pleasantly surprised by this product, especially after feeling embarrassed over buying “diapers”. I have PCOS so I bleed extremely heavy. I’m tired of ruined bed sheets!!These fit like a glove, they’re soft, not itchy, and surprisingly discreet. They fit just like standard underwear with a pad! Super absorbent as advertised.The size is flexible since they’re incredibly stretchy. I wear between a 2-3XL in pants (8-9 in underwear) and I still had room to stretch!The only reason I docked a point was because they seem to be very lightly scented? Maybe that is just me since i’m sensitive to scent. It isn’t unpleasant but i’d prefer if it were unscented like a standard pad.
