Worth It

Really good—if you lick it off your finger it actually tastes like liquid sugar, unlike stevia extract. It’s small and pricey, but goes a long way and doesn’t have erythritol in it. I’ll be a repeat customer.

Best sweetener for my needs.

This is all I've used as sweetener for drinks for two years. One bottle lasts me 2-3 months. No aftertaste and easy to carry in purse. It was delivered in reasonable time.

Great alternative to sugar or stevia

I've recently had to cut back on my sugar intake for a while, so I was looking for alternatives. I ended up going with the Lakanto sweetener. I use this liquid for drinks and the Lakanto Monkfruit crystals with erythritol for baking.I really like the liquid sweetener. I hate stevia. No matter what brand I try, I just can't get around that bitter and licorice taste. I even bought a non-bitter brand and it still tastes awful. It ruins whatever drink I put it in.This monk fruit sweetener does not have an aftertaste like stevia. It does taste slightly different from sugar, but it's much more palatable for me than other sugar alternatives. Splenda tastes okay, but gives me stomach upset if I have more than a teaspoon or so. I also tend to avoid aspartame and Sucralose, so I was very excited when I tried the monk fruit sweetener.I use the Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Sweetener all the time for my tea and beverages. I put maybe 3-7 drops, depending on what I'm drinking. If I add lemon to my tea, I add more. If I'm just drinking a jasmine tea or green tea, I might have 3-4 drops. If you don't like your tea or coffee as sweet, 2 drops would probably suffice. My only complaint is that this sweetener is on the expensive side, but since you're only using a few drops at a time, it does last a while. I highly recommend it for anyone who hates stevia, but needs to reduce their sugar intake.

Works, but takes a lot

The bottle doesnt go very far. You have to put a lot of drops in anything to sweeten it, so the price is on the expensive side. I thought this would be concentrated more and last longer for the price. There is a slight aftertaste with some flavors. It is not good for baking, as it can take a quarter of a bottle to sweeten muffins or quick bread, and it's never quite sweet enough no matter how much you add. I recommend if for liquid drinks if you want a more natural alternative and can afford it.

Best sweetner ever!

My favorite sweetner by far! I use 6 drops in my tea. (Easier than powdered sweetners.) I can carry the drops with me, when I need them. Monkfruit drops are the best I've ever tasted!

Pure monk juice

This is the only pure monk fruit concentrate I’ve found but it tends to have bitter edge like saccharine did and the dispenser dribbles rather than producing drops.

My favorite

This is my favorite sweetener. I use in my coffee everyday and occasionally I put in my Bubly waters . A little goes a long way.

Large drops using fewer drops than other brands

First I want to say that unflavored Lakanto monkfruit drops do a good job of sweetening and don't introduce other flavors (like Stevia does). I've used the other brand https://www.amazon.com/Monk-Drops-Sweetener-Concentrated-MonkFruit/dp/B07CQLG4P7/ref=sxts_rp_s_a_1_0?content-id=amzn1.sym.3432eb1a-1558-4445-9430-9bb3e7f7b9b7%3Aamzn1.sym.3432eb1a-1558-4445-9430-9bb3e7f7b9b7&crid=3F0F8182D553Q&cv_ct_cx=monk+fruit+drops&keywords=monk+fruit+drops&pd_rd_i=B07CQLG4P7&pd_rd_r=c4465e7b-0301-409f-bd70-d582c4b805f2&pd_rd_w=E5bIi&pd_rd_wg=nb4wj&pf_rd_p=3432eb1a-1558-4445-9430-9bb3e7f7b9b7&pf_rd_r=NWE7RPJMNTZTZETVPK97&qid=1687368777&rdc=1&sprefix=monkfruit+drops%2Caps%2C111&sr=1-1-5985efba-8948-4f09-9122-d605505c9d1e for a long time. They are both expensive. The original drops that I had been using are much more viscous and require more drops than the Lakanto. But the Lakanto droplets are larger in size and more watery. The Lakanto drops and the other Monkfruit drops do the same job and cost the same per bottle. Because of the sweetness and drop size I don't know what one is more economical than the other. Both are expensive. But they both do the job.I do have one gripe about the Lakanto: The bottle. The "spout" where the droplets come out are in an awkward place and the droplets do not land precisely, at least not easily whereas the other mentioned monkfruit drop bottle has a spout and the viscosity of the drops make the placement very precise. in fact, I've now cannibalized the other bottle and put Lakanto drops in it for the purpose of precision. Doing that also confirmed that the Lakanto drops are less viscous and larger, even with the alternate bottle. At some point I'm going to do a drop sweetness comparison and then compare drops on a jewelry scale to try to come up with an idea of which sweetner is cheaper, as they both do the same job, but the Lakanto requires fewer but larger drops and the bottle is 1/4 ounce more liquid than the other brand.IMO either brand is fine but deciding if one is a better value over the other is difficult at this time.
