I love this book…it’s the only cookbook I’ve ever felt free to experiment with! I’m using it to eat a more healthy and veggie-heavy diet!!! Love it!!!

I am a huge fan of Melissa's insta and was motivated to buy the cookbook. She just makes things look easy and she's fun so I wanted a written reference I could refer to.

Two rare things happened with this cookbook. 1) I usually take cookbooks out of the library first but after seeing Melissa’s recipes on IG and trying some and them being amazing, I just went ahead and ordered her cookbook. I knew it would be good. 2) I would make every single recipe in this book. Every single one sounded better than the next.I am so tremendously excited to use this book and so glad I went ahead and purchased it.Kol hakavod as we say in Hebrew, which means all of the honor. Melissa nailed it!!

I follow Melissa on Tik tok and her book was just for safe keeping all my favorite / easy/ viral recipes. This book is so much more! My family is also from Israel and because I can’t connect with them as easily for cooking instruction this book has helped me learn some staple recipes so I can teach my children one day. It also discusses Kitchen basics, technique, tools and diy spices , seasonings , dressings. This book is a must have -especially if you are trying to incorporate more vegetables or even healthier sweet treats. I will be buying more to gift to friends/family!

The recipes in the cookbook are fanastic. The binding of the book is bag quality and the book is no longer attached to its spine. Very disappointing.

I dont usually buy cookbooks,I just google whatever recipes I want to make. So glad I bought this book. The salads are great and the pictures make you want to create them. I started following Melissa on Insta and now I'm hooked!
