Rusk
This Sugar-Free Suji & Saunf Rusk is a perfect pick. The rusks are delightfully crisp, light, and have a satisfying crunch that pairs beautifully with your morning or evening chai. The saunf adds a refreshing, mildly sweet aroma and flavor without the need for added sugar.

Misleading & Unsafe – Not Truly Gluten-Free or Sugar-Free
⚠️ Misleading & Unsafe – Not Truly Gluten-Free or Sugar-FreeThis rusk is not safe for anyone with celiac, SIBO, or carb intolerance. It contains wheat flour and semolina (so not gluten-free at all) and uses maltitol and FOS, which can cause bloating, gas, and fatigue. I felt sleepy and foggy after eating it — likely from gut fermentation or blood sugar effects. There's also no proper nutrition label. Very misleading product. Not recommended.
