Easy to swallow, great deal for the money

After 3 months I haven’t seen any benefits from using this product. My nails seem more brittle than usual.

I held off on writing a review until I could truly gauge the results, and I can confidently say these supplements have made a remarkable difference. I purchased them at the end of January 2025 and started with two a day, gradually increasing to three in the second week and four in the third week. Now, I take two in the morning and two in the evening. The improvements have been incredible. Back in 2024, I resorted to a “wolf” haircut to cover the bold spot on the top of my head (and trust me, I wish I had a photo because I was quite embarrassed). However, since incorporating these supplements into my routine, my nails have grown strong enough for gel polish, and while my hair isn't perfect everywhere, I can now wear it down without anxiety or the need for blow-drying to hide the bold spot. Just took a photo on 3-14-25 of my real nails with gel polish and the back of my head—I’ve been emotional with happiness! This product will have a permanent place in my home. I understand it may not work for everyone, but it has worked wonders for me. As a 40-year-old woman with mild plaque psoriasis, I can honestly say these supplements have truly transformed my hair health, especially since my medication tends to thin it out.
