If you are asking about the size of the boxes, it is 16×6,5 cm and if you ask about the tabs theirs diameter is 1'5cm and about 3-4mm thick

Q: Who can help? I can't find anywhere how to use these tabs up. 350ml + 1 tab??

The Melitta cleaner (as shown in Amazon's description), says that the cleaner is suitable for all types of Melitta machines. But this is not true, as I have been unable to make it work AT ALL on the Melitta coffee machine described by Amazon as Melitta 6738044 Filter Coffee Machine. Sorry, but Amazon won't let me attach a photo. If I recall correctly, the instructions relating to this particular cleaner suggested that the cleaner fluid just sits somewhere in the same spot in the other types of machines (for which I think this cleaner is actually intended) for about 15 minutes and then the descaling liquid is ready for it all to be thrown away in one go, with no intermediate stages. I have not used those other machines and have therefore not had to clean them or search for any instructions on how to use them. By way of further explanation, it takes the kind of filter machine identified by Amazon's description above about 25-30 minutes to be descaled, with about a litre of descaling liquid dripping through in small amounts over 25-30 minutes, until all the liquid has been used up. I have used these machines for many years, and have for years been unable to find anywhere on the internet any Melitta instructions on how to use Melitta descaler (in this Melitta machine), - never mind any cleaner, (although in the light of experience I do know to make up and use the correct descaler). I have also found that if using the right kind of descaler, it is totally unnecessary to clean this kind of machine in addition to descaling it because the appropriate kind of descaler contains citric acid.

Yes in a word! These tablets clean the oils and residue from the coffee brewing system which isnt addressed by cleaning the milk system or descaling, the machine will prompt you when its required. I've had my machine 12 months and have probably been prompted 4 times or so.

Don't always clean as soon as it says but these seem to work well and can see the stuff coming out of my machine. Not the cheapest, there's non branded cheaper alternatives, but don't need to do it too often so overall not a high cost for nice home brew coffee.
