I caught a cold and I could hear a slight whistling noise as I breathed so I bought this to mix with some apple cider vinegar and warm water to fix the problem before it got too bad.It has worked quickly and is very effective.Yes it is expensive but so are over the counter cough syrups and I find manuka honey works faster and better, so it is worth the money to me.This is my first purchase of this brand and strength of honey. It worked so well and so quickly that I will buy it again.It is very thick and has a good strong taste.

SCRUMPTIOUS HONEY!
I love this honey, but mainly take it for health reasons as it is anti-bacterial so a daily spoonful in warm water to start the day off keeps allsorts of illnesses at bay and also aids good digestion. Good quality honey is important for this and this honey is very good quality. Even though its quite expensive it is relative to it's origin and ingredients so definitely value for money from this Seller. I highly recommend the Seller and the Honey and will continue to buy on a regular basis as I have for many months now.

Tried quite a few manuka honeys , will stick with this one. Each pot is slightly different in flavour as they tell you it's seasonal differences . Use for loads of things poltises for sore thoughts colds etc also great on warm bread and toast. Think I will have some now. Thank you bees keep up good work
