I'm almost done taking my first 30 days. I can say these are some good supplements. I found my energy levels are a bit higher than usual. My only dislike is the mint flavor, while welcomed, it's a little too potent for me.

Does have a minty taste. Enjoy the brand.

After trying multiple vitamins brands, Ritual is a top choice. Many brands give you a weird stomach ache, bad taste in your mouth, or acid reflux. These have a really nice minty taste and can be taken any time of day, with or without food. They're a little more on the pricy side but totally worth it. I would recommend these to anyone.

I’ve been using Ritual for about seven months, and it worked well for me at the time. When I was doing little to no physical activity, this vitamin was a great. It was easy to take, and was gentle on my stomach. I loved that I could take it without food and not have any stomach aches. The mint taste was good too.However, now that I’ve started doing more physical activities and working out more, I feel like this it doesn’t quite meet my needs. My recovery times are slower, and I think I’m missing some key nutrients to support my more active lifestyle. While Ritual is great for covering my bare minimums, I’ll be switching to a more potent multivitamin.Overall, it’s a solid choice for people who need a simple, gentle vitamin, but it could fall short for athletes or people who are more active.

I read about this brand and product online and ordered for my husband. He usually gives me a problem with taking vitamins/supplements, but he happily takes 2 of these every morning and has told me how much he enjoys them and feels that they have helped him with feeling good and having energy. It's hard for me to find a multivitamin that doesn't make me nauseous if taken on an empty stomach (i'm not a breakfast person usually) so the first several weeks of these were amazing in that regard. However, i'm not sure if i'm just used to them now or noticing it more, but I get these algae... dirty ocean, fishy burps, taste in the back of my mouth, and occasionally, scented breath whenever I take these.Not necessarily a deal breaker b/c it's just mildly unpleasant, but it's something I wish i knew, so hey, now maybe you know it too before you buy. I assume this is from the omega 3 oils they suspend the particulates in, since that's derived from microalgae. It's very... fish-foody. I would also assume this is what drove them to put the little mint-scented bar in the bottle with them b/c without it, it would smell like a dirty aquarium every time you open up the bottle.

Very good and reputable product. On subscription with them.

This company puts a peppermint chip inside the bottle- The peppermint smell and taste are incredibly strong, making for a terrible user experience. Not sure why you would flavor a non-chewable vitmain.
