These are very good vitamins. I really like that the ingredients are natural. I really like that they are chewable, and they taste great!

Taste yummy. Tangy. Not overly sweet. Food based.Second or third purchase. Will likely puchase these for a while.My husband takes the men's version. They are awesome as well.I could be wrong but I think Garden of Life is owned by Nestle right now, a large company likely has stringent safety and quality control measures in place. The vitamin and supplement industry is mostly inregulated, so going with a brand with a good reputation is important to me.

I love my new vitamins they have all good for you organic ingredients they have a slight tart taste but i take them because i know they are good for me ,easy to chew.It says to take 4 a day so i take 2 in the morning with breakfast, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 at bedtime.The quality of this product is also good just read the ingredients and you will see.I will be buying every .month.

If you can get past the terrible taste I’m sure these are great vitamins and you have to take 4 of them. The taste of vitamins is so dominate you can hardly taste berry flavor. They don’t smell good either. It’s understandable with all the vitamins that’s packed in it, I never gave it a thought.Being that this is a brand I trust for vitamins. I think next time I’ll just get the tablet, at least you only need to take one. The % is greater and it covers way more days.

This vitamin's been amazing for me since I turned 40! I felt so much better, more energy, after a month. Then I stopped for a month and, wow, could I tell the difference. If you're over 40 and need a boost, give this a shot!

I must be really sensitive because these were disgusting! The sweet berry flavor did nothing to mask the taste of vitamin. It tastes like chewing your multivitamin. I’d rather just swallow one and be done quickly rather than having a lingering taste. I couldn’t even eat all 4. Disappointed it didn’t work for me.

Background: 49 yr old reviewer here, 99% sure I'm perimenopausal. Extremely high-stress, overly demanding job, frequently work 7 days a week. So I need as much energy and balance as I can get.I've tried many multivitamins. I cannot swallow large pills, so choices are limited. I genuinely feel that this vitamin works, I felt a difference when I stopped for about a week and started again. More energy, in general just a better feeling overall. Best tasting vitamin gummy I've found. First few seconds have that vitamin flavor, but that quickly disappears with fruit flavors which are pleasant. The texture is less squishy like most gummy vitamins, which I actually prefer. It reminds me of pate de fruit consistency. I think it's worth the price for both quality and the fact that I don't have to eat an unpalatable vitamin. And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I've taken.As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily. Yes, I usually have to gently bang the bottle again to loosen them up, but I've find storing them sideways makes it easier. It's not ideal, but these vitamins are worth the effort.
