First of all, it is exactly like the one as shown in the photo of the product page. The entire set came in three packages, two for the four chairs and a single one for the table. The packaging was extremely well designed and sturdy. This was necessary as these arrived to Berhampur in Odisha all the way from Jaipur in Rajasthan.When these were opened they were in excellent condition and one could definitely get the aroma of freshly sawed and polished wood. The chairs were already sent in one piece. Only the table needed to be assembled, and it was quite an easy procedure as all the plug and socked pairs were already codified and marked so one knows where to mate the parts. Also, a set of spanner and hammer were supplied for the assembly. The best thing I liked was the excellent quality of the wood polish, it has a nice slippery and glossy finish to it.Once all the parts were assembled and then properly placed, the dining table set looked quite remarkable. I feel that I got an excellent dining set at a much cheaper rate. The freight and packing itself must have cost a fortune. The only bug in the purchase was that the delivery got delayed by about 10 days due to transportation issues. Nevertheless, the seller responded positively when I raised my concerns.If you are looking for a medium size ding set at a reasonable cost, I strongly recommend it.

Good quality, easy to assemble. Sturdy as well, go for it

This one is made out of Shesham wood. It is nice. Some small defects were there and I contacted the supplier and they sent a carpenter and rectified it. Looks nice with natural finishing.

I received a damaged table with wide gaps on the sides. Both the table and bench were 30 cm smaller than the dimensions advertised. When I requested a refund, the seller refused and instead offered a replacement, demanding an additional ₹4000 for it. After I raised a complaint with Amazon, the seller was forced to send a replacement but continued to cheat me by repeatedly delaying the process, providing false courier tracking IDs, and eventually sending only the table without the bench.The replacement arrived very late after continuous follow-ups. The seller’s conduct was dishonest, irresponsible, and rude throughout the process.I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller to avoid similar issues.
