Broan-NuTone BHFLED80 PowerHeat Bathroom Exhaust Fan, Heater, and LED Light Combination, 80 CFM

I recently had my handyman install the Broan-NuTone BHFLED80 PowerHeat Bathroom Exhaust Fan, Heater, and LED Light Combination, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. This unit is a fantastic all-in-one solution for my bathroom. The exhaust fan efficiently removes moisture and odors, keeping the bathroom fresh and clean. The heater quickly warms up the space, which is especially appreciated on cold mornings. The LED light is bright and energy-efficient, providing excellent illumination. Unit was working really great, heating and lighting. Excellent lighting.Then the honeymoon was over....."Heater fan sounds like a garbage disposal that ate a spoon." Don't need a fire in the house.Lasted less than two yearsUpdate: 1/25/2025: Heater Fan is back up and running perfectly....Found that the squirrel cage was allowing the motor armature to move back and forth in the motor and causing a vibration. Repositioned Squirrel cage and corrected..Saved cost of another Exhaust/Heater assembly..Back in Her grace......

Overall I like the function of this product, fan is plenty sufficient for a small bathroom, light is bright and color choice is nice, heater puts out good amount of heat for small room.Installation is bit more complicated than a regular fan or light, but it can be done with the right tools and thought. Many say you can’t install without access from above, I disagree you can do it so long as you have proper dedicated electrical and fan duct installed. You have to cut just the right size opening and have some board on either side to screw into.My only negative comment is minor, the heater is a little noisy but tolerable. The exhaust fan is fairly quiet tho

Very happy with this product although when using the heat, the air movement is very loud. I don't know anything about these units but to me it seems like the blower for the heat is a bit overdone and the exhaust is not as strong as I would have expected from the Braun name.Installation was tricky in a replacement situation as the unit's electrical terminations were difficult to work with due to their location.

As advertised and on time.Having read the reviews on this item, I am convinced that the majority of persons complaining about this unit either have not installed it properly or don't understand the switching and wiring necessary to get all the options to work. Also, some consumers mistakenly believe that this unit will act as a stand alone heater. Unfortunately, they don't realize that this heating element is only intended produce heat similar to a blow dryer. This is great supplemental heat to take the chill from your bathroom, but not a stand alone source of heat!This is the second unit like this that I personally have installed over the last 35 years. This unit is not much different in design than older models with two exceptions. The led light is an update and this model is much more quiet.Very pleased with this item.

The item was fine. However, the seller is the worst. Even though the listing says free returns, Trena’s Liquidation makes you pay shipping. Then they deducted an additional $20 from my refund with no explanation! Buy from another seller!

Not only does this look great it works! The old one that I replaced was so loud. This model is audible but not as loud. I like that you can adjust the light. My bathroom isn’t very big but it works getting steam out!Love it!JRT
