I don't write reviews as frequently as I'd like, but this really helped my iron levels increase and stabilize. I've been taking iron in the form of tablets (and tried different brands) but they don't seem to work as effectively as this one for me. From what I've noticed, it's helped tremendously with PMS symptoms, preventing hair fall, and easier breathing for me. I hope it helps someone else too!

I am anemic and I have always disliked taking iron because of how nasty it is. However this liquid iron is actually quite good. Even my 8 yr old daughter likes it too. It’s a relief to find an iron supplement I don’t dread taking everyday!

Ok, so let's be real. Iron tastes bad. It does to me anyway, but it's not too bad. The consistency isn't too thick to drink easily. I have had 2 major leaks, but it was due to me not having the cap screwed on properly when I shook it. It's super easy to use and has really brought my energy levels up. I'm not sure if this has affected my sleep quality or not. I will say that I have been struggling with my iron for years and this stuff has been life saving. Any cons are drastically outweighed by the pros. Definitely try it if you are tired of iron hurting your stomach and not absorbing properly!

Rapid "delivery" - one of the most readily "absorbable" vitamin products. No wastage, just very quick response, restoration of energy, all vegan. Ease of assimilation augments efficacy. A tad pricey but worth every penny for persons in recovery or training, or under duress.

This definitely helped me with my iron levels. The taste didn't bother me at all. Drinking a glass of water or juice afterwards may help. I experienced no stomach upset with it but a boost of energy.

Has great flavor, doesn't constipate like iron pills. Has brought my hemoglobin count way up on 2 different surgeries,kneck fusion and back surgery. No side effects to me. Or upset stomach.

Obviously everyone’s needs are different but wow, within a week I noticed a change in my energy level. The taste is odd and it did stain my teeth but brushing with baking soda took it right off!I purchased this since it had so many positive reviews (even though it was more expensive than most basic pill options) and the change has been so profound I see why.
