I was skeptical but this thing WORKS! I am a just enough kinda a person when it comes to breast feeding. I noticed a drop in my supply and I was barley getting 2 ounces per session and I needed at least 12 oz for my baby to have enough food at daycareRead the reviews to this and decided to give it a shot.I am taking 2 pills in the morning and another 2 at night. It’s only been 12 hours and I’ve seen a huge increase. Within hours of only taking 2 pills my boobs felt fuller and my let down were noticeable again.I took 2 at night for the first night and in the morning, before the next 2 I pumped at least 5.5 ounces total. I took my next dose and I got my full 12 ounces neededI exclusively breast-feed so the only times I pump is when my baby is at daycare and I’m at work which is three times a day- every three hours1st session: 5.52nd session 3.53rd session: 3 ouncesIt’s a start! Because I was barely making two bottles all day from pumping and starting to have to go into my freezer stash, which wasn’t that large to begin with. This is my 2nd baby too and although at the start I was producing enough to create a freeze stash, I am not at that point anymoreWe will feed at night so night pumping isn’t an option for us at the moment (which is best for keeping that milk hormone alive). They did go down easy so that’s a plus. 10/10 recommend

I don't do a lot of reviews but this product is worth mentioning. My supply was not horrible but it needed a boost and this supplement worked almost instantly. It's only day two, and my milk production has already increased. It's definitely worth trying if you are struggling with your supply!UPDATED REVIEW:While this worked very well for me very quickly, it seems to be affecting my baby in a bad way with increased gassiness and even a loss of appetite because of being uncomfortable with her tummy. I plan to cut back the amount I take and see if that works for us.

Helps to maintain the milk and support lactation. I've tried most of the brand's lactation capsules but don't really notice any difference between them, and my baby doesn't seem to fuss over the different types and their ingredients, like some babies/mothers do. we have not had any problems using fennel, fenugreek, goats rue, alfa alfa or any of the other oned.Worth to note, there have been times I ran out or couldn't use the lactation support products for couple of days, and during that time I noticed I was milking about 5-7 oz less during the day, until I could start taking them again.Over all am happy with using this among their other products

I had an unfortunate experience with taking birth control after I have my baby, it completely stopped my milk production. So I started taking this Cash Cow product & I started getting results within 3 days, the size of the pill is about a normal prenatal. It doesn’t have a weird taste or a nasty smell, it’s easy to swallow as well. It recommends 2 pills 3 times a day, definitely eat with this it’s always safer to eat when taking something new. It’s made with natural ingredients, ones that really work!! I am so thankful I found this product it saved my milk supply without a doubt! Stay hydrated & take these vitamins, you won’t regret it!!

I feel these performed best in comparison to Pump Princess and Liquid Gold. I notice the most increase in my supply with Cash Cow.Pros: Increases my milk supply. When I am taking it, I pump 40-60ml. When I don’t take it, I only pump 25-35ml (both breasts combined. I’m an underproducer).Cons: Have to take non-stop and continuously, very expensive for only a ten day supply, smells and tastes like grass/hay, and is a “proprietary blend” which means that the individual ingredient quantities are not displayed on the nutrient facts and therefore we don’t know how many grams of each nutrient we are consuming; nor what percentage each nutrient is. This makes it easier for manufacturers to cut corners by using the majority of the cheapest nutrient or filler and only a very small fraction of the actual nutrient you’re looking for. This could explain why you have to take 6 of them a day and there’s only a 10 day supply in the bottle.

Right when I took the first pill I started to see a difference. It’s not a big container but I think it has enough pills to get you started. I needed the extra boost because I didn’t know how else to get milk. I do recommend it. I’m not a big fan of taking supplements but it worked. (Might not work for everyone). They are of good quality. Easy to swallow.
