Arrived quickly -got this on a deal 30 % off but it is still expensive for a little cabin bag but it feels extremely well made- wheels and handle are very sturdy and it glides along effortlessly- excellent space inside, sturdy zips to help squash things down, quality material, and most importantly super lightweight! Its a winner for me having gone travelling around usa and europe without checked luggage for 2 years now! A great alternative to the super light hard shell samsonites which cost 2 or 3 times as much which i also have but family always seem to be borrowing so got this as a backup - its already been to usa and survived the streets of new york!

I spent ages searching for the best suitcase and so glad I picked this Samsonite Air spinner expandable suitcase. I bought 2 in the end. They withstood 7 separate flights from the UK and all over Thailand and Laos, two train journeys, a passenger speedboat and much manhandling into the boots of taxis. Although this size is classed as large it isn't 'too big' as some other brands can be larger. Because this case is much lighter than many hard cases and as we were going away for over a month we were able to pack plenty in without being over weight. Another factor for us is that we wanted a suitcase to have ease of movability, especially as my husband has Parkinson's Disease, so we had no difficulties covering the often long walks through airports and London Underground from Heathrow. The dark blue was cheaper than the black at the time of purchase and we also used a bright red strap around each case to help identify them on the carousel. The zips and locks worked well. The material and edges haven't even got a scuff mark after the long trip and one of my main worries were if the wheels were damaged by baggage handlers we wouldn't have managed but again they have stood the test, so definitely recommend.

Initially purchased a cheaper cabin bag from CM. Unfortunately after one use internal zip broke so I went on the hunt for better quality.Bought this on offer and I had no regrets. Exceptionally lightweight, multiple pockets internally and externally including a side pocket which I used for my passport and phone on my recent trip.I am someone who normally needs a check-in bag because I pack my life! I went away for 4 nights/5 days and managed to fit most of what I needed in this bag alongside a good sized 'personal bag' (and no check in bag required!). The bag was filled to the brim and still functioned exceptionally well. No problems with zips on return and no damage to lining or pockets etc.I wouldn't normally spend this amount on an item like this, but I am very glad that I did in this instance. Highly recommend for anyone who travels regularly, short trips or wants a good quality cabin bag.

This is an excellent short trip suitcase suitable for carry-on only case ... only very small complaint is would prefer 4 wheels as opposed to two. Love the numerous small pockets on "outside" of case for things like toiletries which I need to take out at security - no need tk open the case

We already have the larger version of this case. They are lightweight, but very well made and sturdy. So I decided for my birthday present from my husband this year to get this smaller companion case. Ideal size for a few days away and not heavy for me to lift on and off the trains. They are very stylish, I bought the blue, it’s very nice.

Wanted a quality , lightweight , carry on soft case with 4 wheels, & this fitted the bill . Very impressed by the zips, stitching etc, although time will tell how long the wheels will last . I opted for the non expandable version, as I’ve had too many past experiences with broken zippers on expandable luggage. Not to mention they always lead to the temptation of over packing, lolPleasant surprise was I could fully fit my 15 inch MacBook Air into the front zipper compartment . I tend to pack lightly, but I managed to get a weeks worth of clothes, & a pair of shoes into the case without difficulty.Only criticism I can think of is the telescopic handle is definitely not as sturdy as the one on my 10 year old Antler case. Feels quite lightweight to be honest.Looking forward to my week in Dubai soon, so I can fully test it out .

I have bought samsonite products for over twenty years for all the family. I purchased this suitcase for longhair trips, however after one trip I noticed the sticking was starting to become loose. I attempted to contact customer service and was sent around the houses on the internet. In the end I could not contact anyone, worst customer service I have ever experienced, basically non existent. On my second trip the corner of the case completely opened up and the corner was exposed making the case totally useless. It's obvious that since samsonite have gone 'eco' the materials are poor quality and the workmanship shoddy. I will never buy a samsonite suitcase ever again. Temp, Brigg abd Riley and even Brics can be counted on. Once a great company, now total rubbish - stay clear of dreadful customer service
