Still learning about preservatives and seem to always fall back on this one as it protects against bacteria and mould. Mystic moments are good quality products.

I have now used it in a recipe and it seems to be all it was supposed to be. Mystic Moments has been good with all I have received from them. It takes a long time to ship from the UK but at least we are not hit with tariffs on delivery as with US stuff!

I've been happy with this preservative in all of my lotions. I use this in cannabis infused lotions and creams for retail sale in Washington State. No smell, it doesn't alter consistency, my products don't mold or go bad, and only 1% of the recipe size is needed. Sure, the label is difficult to read but I know what it is and I can re-label it if I want to. It is exactly what I was looking for and I'm very happy with how it works in my recipes. I've had zero complaints of irritation from my clients. Even the ones with eczema and sensitive skin. Even the ones using my lotions right after surgeries. It's in my lotion that I use around my eyes and on my entire face and I have no adverse reactions at all. I've just purchased another 500 gram bottle. Very happy!

Preserves my DIY lotions, butter body face wash perfectly well for a long period of time. My body butter and face lotion is still as fresh as I made it 8 weeks ago. You just need to know the right amount to add.It will be great if the Origins can give a more clear information or instructions on amount to use as the writings on the bottle is so tiny and almost unreadable. That is why I gave it 4 stars.
