Great product. However I would buy something much smaller in size when buying again. I found these very large sometimes difficult to swallow. However the beneficial to it here supposed to be excellent.

No taste which was nice. I didn't notice any joint pain relief or hair growth, but my nails definitely grew faster and stronger. I only finished the one bottle and haven't ordered again, but I've considered taking it again and trying it for a longer time to see if it does more.

The quality is great! It has 5 types of collagen. I felt results with in 2 weeks, could see results within month. I don't notice any taste, like other collagen supplements. I have never had any adverse effects. Size is typical of any collagen supplement. I think it is a great value!

I'm in my 60s and I've been taking them at least well a year and a half or 2 years. I haven't seen any difference whatsoever. Maybe I'm too old for it to work. If so it should have covered that on the bottle. So I don't know what's up.
