Excellent product
After using for 1 month I found this product excellent. Only thing is lot of wire is required for five indicators, but to see water level those are required. Overall gud product excellent build quality

USELESS PRODUCT
Purchased in Sept, 2024. Before a year all the leds stopped working. Useless product. The customer service number provided also doesn’t work at all. Total garbage

Alarm does not stop till water level goes down
This could be remedied easily by having two input points for line / phase. Power to the alarm should go from the output of the pump switch, so that when the pump is switched off, the alarm will stop. The power to the water level should always be on.

Worth it
I am writing this review after 1 year of use and its still working perfectly but only problem iam facing that some time the light showing water level is incorrect it happen 10 in a 100 time but must of the time it show accurate reading.

Excellent Product, but manual intervention required to put alarm back
Good Product. You need to buy extended cable, with 5 inputs(available on amazon) . Your local electrician can install it or you can do it yourself if you know basic electric wiring. Only drawback is after the alarm turns ON when tank is full, you need to turn it OFF and then reset it to original position when water level dips from full level. If you forgot to reset the alarm, then it wont sound even if tank is full. So use it accordingly. Remember, its not full automatic. But works as expected, no complaints on that
