Hibiscus can supposedly help health conditions such as blood pressure Etc. But not sure about that that's what they claims.

I don’t like it. The package is misleading and shows red powder. I expected my tea to be red. It’s brown and not tasty at all like some described. It’s taste like dust and water. Not good. I don’t know what it is. Hibiscus flowers are red and they usually taste sweet and little sour. This is not what I expected and I regret buying 2 packs!!

I love that this can be used ingested as a tea and that you can use it externally as hair and face products.
