It works well, and the massage is great. I like that you can adjust the settings and speed. It works with or without heat. The pressure is manual, meaning you apply the pressure based on your need using the arm handles.

Love love love this! It has helped already with neck pain. With my job, I am in awkward positions all the time and suffer with bad neck and muscle strains. This has not only helped my neck but my legs and back too! The heat is JUST right, the level on intensity is so nice to have and I love the adjustability. I can put as much pressure as I need! Love this!

I purchased this for my son, who plays college football. He loves it! He uses it almost daily to help work out tightness. It appears to be quite durable, having survived life at college. We are bummed that it just suddenly stopped working after only 5 months. I've contacted customer service, and I'm hoping they can help us get it back to working.

I like this product very much because you can move it around your neck and onto your back and shoulder area. Most of this type of device only works in one area but this I can actually position very easily where I’m having muscle discomfort. I would highly recommend it. I have had whiplash and have five cervical fusions

Me and my mom approve it is such a great tool it relaxes your muscles and just feels great !! I initially got this because I have this neck hump and online it said to try out a massager and I did and I did notice it swelled down after using this machine!!! Really good massager

This neck massager works very well for pain relief. Very easy to use in the arm straps make it manageable to move the device up or down. I like that it can be used with or without heat.

The photos on Amazon for this thing show a young woman with this massager on her neck and the ends with the loops at the level of her waist. One photo shows her using a laptop with her forearms through these loops, which would hold the massager in place while she works. This is what I wanted to do while using it. My neck hurts from long hours on the laptop. But from the solid massaging part to the end of the loops is only 14" (which I did not look up until it arrived, bad on me). For her shoulder to waist measurement to be only 14", she would be only about 4'4" tall. So I conclude the photos were altered to make her smaller. I call that deceptive advertising. For me, an average height and weight woman, 5'7" and 140 pounds, the loops are at the level of my chest. My shoulder to waist measurement is 18". So I cannot use my forearms for anything while wearing it, with them at that level; it is like being a T-Rex with these useless little arms up that high. Can't even pick up a cup of coffee. So I am undecided whether to return it or not: it does work well for my neck and back pain and none of the others like it seem to have any longer side pieces. I would love to find one that actually would allow me to use my hands at waist level while wearing it.
