Great shorts, feel nice and fit well. Light and airy,look good as well.Only downside is the pockets are too small. There is a phone pocket on the inner shorts (which works fine) but if you wanted to put you phone in the outer pockets you're gonna have a bad day with it falling out. Bit of a downer.

EXTREMELY DURABLE - EASY CARE - FITS TRUE TO SIZE.Size S5'2"8 Stone/ 51kgWaist 28inchI'm a size 28-30 waist and went for size (Small/ 26-28inch) and they fit true to size. I'm shorter then the average guy (5'2) and have wide thighs but as seen in the photos they still fit well. These shorts would be good both men, women and (anywhere in-between) alike. There has been some confusion with the labels I ordered Small and the tag says Medium this is because Medium is the Asian size and Small is Europe/ U.K.While running in them they were saturated in mud and water but didn't weigh me down and dried off quickly. However the waistband is quite thick and feels heavy to hold but is lightweight and comfortable when wearing. They are very durable and wash well, most of the mud stains came out.My phone (iPhone 6S) fits well in the pocket and feels safe, I have a silicone case so its pretty grippy anyway. I'm not sure how uncased/ other case materials would sit. I've only run about 5k with my phone in the inner pocket and haven't had any issues with the phone becoming damp. The small rear pocket is great for keeping a door key safe and would probably fit a car key-fob too.

Outer short is shorter than I would of liked. Sizing wise I would stick to standard cause of this reason, wish I went for xl over large

Read some bad reviews but gave them a chance and i am glad I did. They are decent quality people.

So I saw an advert for something similar recently and thought I'd give these a go. These are one of the most comfortable pairs of shorts I;ve tried to be honest. Now I've only worn them once for a 5k run session and I didn't have my phone in the pocket but what I can say is:The inner cycling short is very comfortable and it didnt ride up. I had zero chaffing issues which is less than can be said for my usual Nike shorts. The fit felt good, not too tight and not loose.I didn't use the phone pocket but it easily fit my Samsung and I have no issues running with it in the future. I was on a treadmill so had no need. Im confident you won't be disappointed.The fit was great, I'm 6" and 95kg usually wear a 32-34 and went with the XL. They were spot on the be fair.If Amazon did half stars I'd go for 4.5 because the side pocets are pretty useless - but also not really required. Id also prefer a slightly shorter length on the leg - just to top up my tan a little more :)I'm about to buy another pair in a different colour.
