It makes some changes after 1-2 weeks of use.
When I bought it, I was skeptic about this product since I consume fish regularly anyways.I think because of the use of this Omega 3 for one-two weeks for now, my skin and hair became more oily.Also probably because of the Omega I started to be more energized for a quite sometime.Overall its good product for people who dont eat fish, the Omega 3 is important for the human body.

Positive mentality
As with the magnesium tablets I bought, these are just as good. The vitimin c in these I feel has helped for my positive mentality because of this lockdown and not being able to do anything. The tablets are also just the right size for swallowing.

Too fishy aftertaste!!!
Omega 3 are a great supplements there are no dubts about it. About this product even if the price is about the averagefor this product I did not like mainly 2 things. First I am not sure if was only my batch that was not stored properly but most of the pills were attached one to the other which made quite annoying to separate them without breaking them. The other thing I did not like is that after few minutes I swallowed I had some fish aftertaste from the stomach. Not a good experience for me.

Good value
Great value for money, haven't noticed any difference yet but takes a few weeks for omega to build up. Tablets very easy to swallow and go down the throat easily Just a slight aftertaste.

AMAZING
So my grandparents used to takes these and always try to make me take them because they were so good. I have now after about a week of taking them now understand what they were on about. I feel way better getting the vitamins I need.
