The high-protein porridge is lovely and tastes great. I got it to help build me up after getting a gastric bypass done three weeks ago at UCLH. I am starting to eat, but wanted to start by eating high-protein foods without the fats and surgery content. Some have stated in their reviews two scopes, but with me, I can manage just one scope at the moment I like it runny makes it easier for me to digest it. I got the apple and cinnamon flavor not overpowering just really nice.I would recommend this high protein porridge for anyone who is just after surgery because you need to build up your strength and this is a good way of doing it, keeps my blood sugars balanced and keeps me feeling full throughout the day good quality product. I will stay on this porridge myself as it is really tasty than those you buy in Tesco that taste like cardboard. I think if you looking for good quality and nice tasty foods you have to shop around and the price was right for me to start with my high-protein diet.I have no issues with my Porridge so of the reviews well everyone has their own opinion, I like the Apple and Cinnamon just right for me.

I would rate this 4 stars on taste. It is quite sweet but I’m fine with that, like I’ve had better oats but it’s edible.My main concern was that it doesn’t say on the ingredient list that it includes raisins (unless I have completely missed it) but it worried me when I opened the bag and saw black dots in it, I genuinely thought it was a bug at first glance. I’m fine with raisins however if you do have allergies or can’t eat grapes/raisins for any reason maybe avoid this item.

Very good stuff that can mix easily with regular porridge to adjust the sweetness to your taste.26g of protein and 7g of fibre per 100g of product are two good numbers for me.

This is very filing and as I only have one scoop in a bowl it works out great value. I don’t make it with hot water like instructions as it goes lumpy so I make it with cold water then microwave for 2 minutes. I then add 2 tsp of flavoured coffee, stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Add a little bit of milk and it’s perfect. It is very sweet on its own but the coffee offsets it nicely. Good amount of protein and low sugar and fat. Sets me up nicely for the day especially on gym days

I was super excited for this as I thought it would help me deal with having to reach my protein goals.As soon as it arrived, I tried it out but boy I couldn't do it. I'm not a picky eater but this just tasted too artificial to me.If you're like me, and struggles to find a whey that doesn't taste too industrial/sweet/fake tasting, then this won't be for you..However, customer service was great and refund process went smoothly, so I can't fault the seller !

I love banana-flavoured porridge, and I was trying to lose some weight, so I bought this. I had so much faith in it I even bought 2 kg, I know, my mistake. This is the worst porridge I think I've ever had in my life. I feel so sick eating it. The taste, texture, consistency, everything is wrong. I would not recommend anyone buy this at all. Had to throw it away, unfortunately. Waste of money.

I wanted to try some protein porridge and saw the reviews saying this was far too sweet. This is what enticed me to it. It's lovely. And it is very sweet. It reminds me of Ready Break, which you used to have as a kid but stopped as it was full of sugar and not healthy. Well, this has no sugar in it. But it tastes just like it. If you want a sweet-tasting healthy porridge, this is the one to get. The chocolate flavour is lovely too. I am going to try the banana flavour from them next. (I wish they'd also make a peanut butter flavour porridge)

As made to package instructions, with unsweetened oat milk instead of water, and with a generous helping of cinnamon, this is still FAR too sweet. Not just sweet, but leaves that bitter aftertaste at the back of your mouth you only get from sweeteners. The texture is paste-like. To call it porridge is generous.Perhaps mixing it with regular oats, like some others have suggested, is the way forward, but not for me. I'll be giving it away. Shame, because nutritionally this is a good start to the day.
