Product Update:I received an email from the seller asking about my review and how I wasn't satisfied with the item. After a couple emails back and forth and them explaining their company policy the seller wanted to send me a replacement (free of charge), which I think is excellent customer service. As we all know new items fail and they can last 1 month or 40 months, but in the end any item can fail. So to get a replacement is 100% ok with me as long as it is new. The other impressive part is they shipped and got me the replacement in 2 days. Fantastic customer service and yes I would buy from this seller/ company again. I have set up the new charger and it is working as expected.I am changing my review on this product and the number of stars from 2 to 4. I give it one ding as the item did fail. If there was a review for customer service I would give them 5 stars. Customer service goes a long way with me.Worked for 5 months and now constantly makes a sound like the phone is going to charge and does it over and over and its not charging the phone. I tried unplugging and cleaning the unit and still will not charge the phone. Be careful as in the product description it shows a repair/replacement of 3 years image but it doesn't look like it can be returned through amazon returns.

The product worked great at first. I received it around February 8 but as of today on April 8, it is no longer fully charging. Unfortunately, the return window closed and it says there is no product support for this item. My watch still charges, but my iPhone will not. The wireless charger will start charging and then it will stop. I woke up this morning with a dead phone. Item is very pretty though. Disappointed it didn’t last long.Update: The seller reached out to me and offered options to resolve my issue. Great customer service!

Been using this for a few months now, works very well with mi iPhone 13 and Apple Watch

Ordered 2 and 1 died right away.Bought these for my husband and I for our nightstands. We both have Apple Watch, phone and AirPods. Thought they were great but mine no longer charges my phone or AirPods. My husband’s works great so 🤷🏻‍♀️

UPDATE 5/14/2025: A representative reached out to me concerning this and offered either a replacement or a refund for the product. They informed me they had changed to a different manufacturer to improve the quality of the item. Due to the customer service, I am updating my rating to reflect this.This product works great until it doesn’t. It’s convenient having everything in one device, but it no longer charges my phone after owning it for a few months. It still charges my Apple Watch and gen 2 Air Pods, but it’s frustrating to have to use a separate charger for my phone instead of having everything charged together. Since it only lasts a few months before breaking then I’d suggest trying another 3-in-1 device instead
