Attitude 101: What Every Leader Needs to Know Hardcover – January 1, 2003

I loved this book. I gave one to each of our leaders at church and had a great discussion at our leadership meeting.This summer I am paying my grandchildren to read great books. This will be the first one. I want them to highlight write notes in the margin etc. they will also write a brief summary so we can discuss. I will make sure I give it back to them in a few years. Excited.

You can never go wrong with a small John C. Maxwell book. You can read it in an hour or so, always has great tips, quotes, he's very inspirational, the books are very affordable. Try looking in the used books section of the site when ordering, this way you can buy 3 or 4 for the price of one! Straight to the point and the questions were very pointed and relationship related. It takes good relationships to build a great company of people. Good attitudes are the start.

John Maxwell is a legend in the self development arena. He has hundreds of books on leadership development. Usually his books are bigger books with more pages. This 101 series is compact and a easy read. Great seller the books came really quick. I reccomend this

Attitude can be the difference between winning and loosing with everything in life and I think our society does a poor job of explaining that to people. Instead we react from our feelings that may or may not be the best choice to make. Maxwell does a great job again of boiling it down so you can apply it directly and immediately to your everyday life.
