I've been using this biotin supplement for a little while now and I can see a difference in the strength and health of my hair and nails. Check very carefully with other brands. Many say 180 tablets and high potency. In the small print it will tell you you have to take 2 or 3 a day. The pills are tiny so this is all about fooling the customer. Unethical. I did get caught first time. These are a bit more expensive per tablet but the best value per daily dose. Don't be fooled.Do biotin tablets work. I can tell on my big toe. There's a ridge across the big toe nail when I started to take biotin. Behind of the ridge the nail is thicker and looks much healthier. So it's visible. Finger nails grow quicker too

Honestly, these pills have impressed me, they arrived at my house on Monday May 8 and since that day I have taken them one every day with food and today after three weeks I have noticed that hair is growing in the hollows of my head, in I really bought these pills especially for that, so that I could try to grow a little bit of hair that I have in the hollows of my head where my forehead is and honestly with only three weeks I am noticing that my hair is growing a bit, I don't have photos of before but I'm going Let's put a photo now, otherwise I notice my hair is a little softer. I mean, I recommend it and I will continue taking it, apart from the fact that they are easy to take.
