Sour orange juice

This is a terrific product used to marinade a number of Cuban meat and chicken dishes. It’s difficult to find in stores, but of course I found it on Amazon.

Hard to find, but great for some recipes
I use this in my achiote paste, and it’s hard to find in my local stores. I might try it in some marinades now that I have it.

Chicken Marinade
Used this as a marinade for grilled chicken thighs. It was good but a little strong. I probably should have learned more about it to make a better marinade but it was a large bottle for the price.

Delicious
So my husband uses this for his dishes he’s from Yucatán so they use this for a lot of their dishes. We don’t have them in our stores and we normally have to bring them from California when we go out there. We just one day decided to see if Amazon would have them and they did so he went and bought 4. Now he’s happy he can have them whenever he needs.

A Taste of the Caribbean
Bitter Orange Juice is SOOOO hard to find in CA. Now, if I could only find REAL Ajis Dulces, my Puerto Rican kitchen would be complete.
