Unfortunately I felt no difference with taking theses supplements. I gave it two stars because of the supplements reported to have in it.

I felt a small difference with this but it’s hard to tell. Mostly because I can’t take it as recommended. It causes me to have rapid heartbeat and super bad anxiety. I’ve onlyTook a couple a times at recommended dose. If Only take of recommended dose, I can notice some change! I would say if you are an easy stressed or high anxiety person, to take 1 a day.

Helps with PCOS
I take these not for libido but for hormonal support. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and I treat it naturally with a low carb diet, evening primrose oil and these steel libido supplements. The pink variety has pretty much everything I need and since I've been taking them my menstrual cycles have become regular and normal, so it works for me, just maybe not exactly for what it's intended/advertised for.These also dont upset my stomach like a lot of other libido blends do.
