Amazon Basics Wood Wobble Balance Trainer Board

We got this for my 6 year old that has been in physical therapy (PT) for over 2 years. She has issues with her knees (kneecap ligament issues) and a general overall physical issues, including muscle coordination, balance, strength, etc. In PT, we have worked on working all the little muscles in her feet, ankles, knees, legs, core, etc. As well as coordination and balance. We have only had this 24 hours now, but it is AMAZING!!! We have already seen such a major improvement from when we got it! More than that, my kid actually thinks it’s fun!!! We just leave it out in the living room and she gets on it for just a bit several times a day, all on her own. Which is great for all the things we want to achieve. Also, my husband and I, the heaviest of which is around 350lbs I think, have tried it out too. I’m surprised how many times each of us has stepped on it too. Ha ha ha. It’s surprisingly fun! And it obviously can hold more weight than I thought. I think this would be great for any kind of surgery/injury rehab as well as individuals with unique physical traits. We LOVE it! You don’t slip on it and it just works so well! Definitely worth the money we spent!

This balance board is great quality — well-crafted and made from strong, durable materials. It doesn’t require much effort to maintain balance, which makes it perfect for kids.We bought it so our child could stand on it while using the computer, to help with posture and avoid slouching. It works exactly as we hoped. Highly recommend for both kids and adults!

You cant beat this for the price. Sure, it can be wider. Find another one in this price range that is wider though. It is as wide or slightly wider than any other in this price range or even double.It is very grippy, it has zero flex and it's got the right amount of "wobble" to it. Just take it out of the box and use it, it's ready to go. Just make sure to wear some shoes! My kid likes to use it in his socks and the grip tape will tear them up quickly.

I keep this under my desk for when I get stuck for long periods of time. Works great to get the blood flowing again and it’s more fun than those little walking pads. I don’t think I’d rely on a balance board to lose weight or get into shape especially just standing on it but it’s better than being stationary. It seems pretty sturdy I’m not a big guy 5’7 165 lbs but it feels to be sturdy enough to hold a much bigger person. I catch my little guys jumping and rocking each other on it regularly and it’s held up. The skateboard grip tape is nice especially if you’re barefoot it keeps you from slipping and busting your face. Overall it’s a nice break from the work day. It’s cheaper than a walking pad and it’s quieter than an under desk elliptical or bike. It’s definitely worth the $20.

I love this balance/wobble board. I run and roller skate, and this has been really great for helping with leg and core strength. I incorporate it into my workout routine and there are a ton of great exercises online to target specific muscles if you need to. I've been using it for my inner thighs and I'm really pleased. I sometimes bring it into the living and balance while I watch tv. I also think it's kind of fun as well.It's sturdy and works exactly as it's supposed to. The price is great.

This balance board is very well made and sturdy. It's better than I thought it was going to be and it's great to help your balance! I've found it easier to balance barefoot on it btw.

This is nice! Sturdy and big enough for me or my daughter. I have not used it as much as I should but when I do I feel like it is good for my balance and stability. My daughter also thinks it is fun!

The design is immaculate it's perfect and has amazing slip residence. It came ore assembled and can be used for many different things making it super functional. It's very durable and comfortable so I use it to practice for cheer.
