There heavy and loud.

I got these on sale as a pre-set option. I usually use screw in steps for presets but wanted to try these. They are solid and heavy, but I don’t plan on hiking 3 miles with them for a run and gun. They are solid and seat well. They have very large steps with a ton of grip. I put them on a tree in the backyard to test with my size 13 lacross alphaburly hunting boots. Plenty of room for the boots. I will keep an eye out for when these go on sale next and pick up a few more sets.

These are good to set up and leave out for the season. Well made. But too heavy to carry around for mobile hunting. But that should be known given the weight of them. That was my plan. As mentioned by others, they are gray not "mud camo" as advertised. Shame on the seller and Amazon for not fixing this. Multiple people have said that in reviews. A good deal otherwise.

They do not come in camp, they are just solid black. Bottoms kick out very easy while climbing. Do not pack together well, would not be good for a long distance haul in because they are heavy.

For the price, these aren't bad at all. They are steel so there is some weight packing them in and out of the woods. I would by again.

I like everything about them, except that they don't snap together to form one continuous climbing stick and help hold more solid against tree while u climb them. U have to properly space them They are rugged but lightweight, well made and versatile. Easier and apparently safer to climb than others with rubber boots on. Overall a very good product
