Flavor:Garlic In 1930, at the impressionable age of ten, Mario Foah tied on an apron and began awaiting his mother in the kitchen of their home in Naples, Italy. The oldest of five children, he loved to cook for his younger siblings. His love of the kitchen became a lifelong passion. Many years later after he moved to New York, Mario dreamed of bringing the kind of meals his mother cooked to a much larger audience. He started his own company, and chose AMORE as the brand name because, “Love is universal and nobody is against it.” Mario returned to Italy often in search of great products and in 1978 discovered concentrated paste tubes made from fresh Italian ingredients. Having seen nothing like it in the USA, he knew that it was exactly the type of product that he could be proud to sell.

and they were tasty and good, just like I'd expected
5 STARS --IF, that is, you get product that is not out-of-date (or has no date-stamp.) I ordered two Amore Truffle spray Liquid Spices from Amazon, and they were tasty and good, just like I'd expected. 5 stars. If you can live with synthetic truffle flavor rather than the real thing, which I can, you will likely enjoy this product When the first order ran out, I placed another Amazon order for 6. On arrival, they tasted like slightly oxidized off-tasting oil with no truffle flavor. Surprised, I read the label which reads "best by date on bottom." But the six sent by the second vendor, had NO date on the bottom. Be aware ... Amore does put a date-stamp on the bottom (on at least some of these) maybe it is a new thing. If you order, try to find a real person to tell you the date, so you can be sure what you are getting is fresh, because when it is fresh, it is very good. I am ordering again, and the problem is I can't find somebody this time to tell me what the date on the bottom says - will report back.

Half the bottle leaked during shipping, otherwise it's a great product
I bought the truffle spray for $10.31 Amore All Natural Concentrated Liquid Spices, Truffle, 2 Ounce . Very strong truffle scent and flavor, you don't need to use much so it lasts a long time. BUT half of the bottle leaked out during shipping, all over my other products, which were fortunately wrapped in plastic. No idea how/why it leaked b/c it was sealed in plastic, but I guess it's just poor product packaging and sealing. Would have been a great price for the product, but since I got half the product, it's not such a good price... I wouldn't buy again solely b/c of the leakage issue.

Easy to use but not as strong as would like
Easy to use but not as strong as would like. Unfortunately not pure garlic juice, contains oil which appears to dilute the flavor.

Sprayer does not work - twice
Purchased twice, defective both times. Unusable if it won't spray. Based on other reviews, it's a longstanding problem. Will never purchase from this company again.

Adds a wonderful richness to many dishes. I use this to add a wonderful decadence to my macaroni and cheese.
