Q: What is the psi rating on this? Im wanting to use it as a aftercooler for a 150psi air compressor.

No problem. I contacted Derale about the same thing and they said it’s tested to 300 psi.

Q: Does it come with hardware to mount it in place?

NO, this is just the cooler. I would recommend purchasing a Derale insta mount kit DER13001 or DER16744. -Performance Parts Racing

Q: Will this work for air compressor cooler?

I bought this to do the same haven’t installed it yet but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

Q: Does this come with barbed fittings? The description states that it does but they are not pictured.

No it has -6 jic fitting. Or -6AN if you use aluminum fittings. They seal much better than barbed.
