New favorite!
How have I never heard of this stuff before? I got it as an experiment, and on all medicinal and consciousness altering levels, it failed me. But dang, this wild lettuce is delicious! It my new favorite non caffeinated tea.It's got a really bold, lawn clippings and tree bark flavor profile. I know, that sounds rotten, but it's good. To me, it's got a lot of peppery bite and a little natural sweetness.

Just plain simple good stuff
Since this was new to me, and I heard very good about it, I made a lighter tea version that I normally would but it did help me sleep through a very horrendous time that I’m going through with family situations and health wild lettuce is calminativeAnd I drink it simply by itself , I’m going to read more on it and I’m wondering how it would work with chamomile or lemon balm? I have to find out if they interact with each other or work with each other but it’s very good to calm your nerves make you relax and actually put you to sleep when you use it in its stronger form or drink a full cup

Allows you to relax so you Can get some restful sleep. But not for every day use. Not effective if use several days in a row.

Reliving pain quickly
I have been using some of the wild lettuce that grows naturally in my area of North Carolina mountains.This tea was great and removes chronic pain quickly. It has practically no flavor so I add local honey but other flavors can be added as well. Chocolate anyone?Love it

I have insomnia due to PTSD and I tried this for a few nights, and it absolutely did not do anything to help me get to sleep

It's a mild pain reliever
It definitely releives pain and reduces inflamation. It also seems to help me sleep peacefully.I haven't noticed any negative side effects.Not a miracle but easy to feel benefits.
