The made my first ever lasagna marinara sauce *perfectly* spiced.I tend to be quite timid with herbs and spices, but with this mix, I didn't worry. Two big tablespoons, into the sauce. The result was not only good, the taste was "layered," though I don't know quite what I mean by that.

I have been using this spice mixture for at least 10 years. Everyone loves it.
