ZENMED Skin Protecting Lotion SPF 30 - with Hyaluronic Acid, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin C

I'm 30 with combination skin. I'd always had a very minimal routine with skin care - basically just a generic facial cleanser followed by dab of sunscreen or almond oil. I was due for an upgrade, so I did some research on skincare before settling on a new beauty routine and picking this as my daily moisturizer.I was looking something with a short ingredient list, zinc oxide-based SPF, and hyaluronic acid. Vitamin C was a plus, too. The texture was a big thick for me at first, but I generally don't wear foundation - if you do, this won't feel heavy to you at all. After 3-4 days, I adjusted to the feeling, and actually found it to be excellent at protecting my skin from all the cold, dry winds typical of a northern winter. I usually get dry patches this time of year, but this lotion has kept my skin healthy, smooth, and even-toned, no matter how much time I spend outside.I was happy to see how environmentally-friendly the packaging was. The tube arrived wrapped in recyclable paper, with the info sheet loose, instead of stuffed in a box I'd immediately throw out. All of their products are vegan, too.It did take awhile to get the lotion after I ordered it - apparently it was back-ordered, but there was no communication indicating that until I tried to cancel the order. It only took one email to sort it out, though, then everything was fine. I'll re-order when I finish the tube.

This is a great sunscreen for sensitive skin. I purchased a different formula from Zenmed before that caused acne on my face and chest. This product is so different. It goes on smoothly and does not break me out at all.
