I don't know what the experts would say about this product helping with my night leg cramps, but as long as I take two of these in the evening, I don't get leg cramps at night unless I eat too much sugar. I suppose if I eat too much sugar, I derserve leg cramps. Less expensive than other products I've tried, and more effective than some.

If you're a man you know where's the blood going to flow more 😎👍 I do recommendI only take 2 pills a day, after eating.
