Don't be taken in by this product. Their bands are anything but heavy duty. The ends broke off two of the bands on the second pull with minimal pulls. The bands are attached to the handle with a material made of plastic that will disengage with minimal force and is already brittle. Sure the company says they guarantee the product and replace it with the same garbage. They were not even interested when they were informed how inferior their product is.My opinion: Don't waste your time and Amazon should take this product off their inventory.

I have used these bands two-three times a week now for around 2 months. So far no snapped bands, no brusies from snapped bands and honestly no complaints. I gave 4 stars because my yellow band arrived with part of it stuck to itself (I'll upload pics later). I have not contacted customer service because it still works fine and honestly if I had to call them I feel confident that they would take care of meProsI LOVE the extra tools it comes with! I use the door anchor every time. I recently had renovations done and had to move my gym to the grimy basement, no door around. I was able to use the ankle (?) strap to wrap around a large pipe so I could still workoutBands seem to last a long time, really no issues with themThe book that they send with the items is also really helpful. Unlike some of the other reviewers who seem to read it once and throw it away I kept it with my bands in the nifty bag they give. I am able to see the weight for each band and get some workout tips.ConsOnly bad part was the yellow band. Could have been an error when it was made who knows. Stills works fine though, so maybe a half con?So yeah, if you are thinking about these just give them a try. They were truly worth the investment for me and when these go out I will purchase them again right away

I've used a number of different brands of resistance bands over the years with varying degrees of satisfaction. I was recently looking for a versatile set of bands for use during the P90X home exercise program. The main things that I was looking for in my bands were durability and versatility. Durability, because I wanted something that would withstand heavy use without the threat of breaking mid-exercise. And versatility, because due to the nature of the P90X program, I needed something that could be changed to a lighter or heavier resistance level fairly quickly.These bands satisfied both of these requirements.Regarding the durability, the rubber portion of the band itself is a good quality material. When stretched to length there is no indication of any cracking or weak spots. The adapter handles are also very good quality. The door attachment is a heavy duty webbing material, but is thin enough that it should fit in any standard sized door. The hand attachments are foam padded and very comfortable.As to versatility, each band is equipped with a small, aluminum carabiner to easily attach to the handles. This is a nice feature, as it makes it quick and easy to switch between resistance levels.The resistance levels vary from a moderate resistance to a very heavy tension. They appear to be made for a healthy, non-injured person. The lightest resistance still has a fair amount of tension compared to other brands more tailored to a rehab population. Someone that is recovering from a recent rotator cuff or other similar surgery may have some difficulty doing light resistance exercises with these, as these are not intended for such light use.The carrying case is a nice bonus.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, especially at such a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending this item.

I bought these bands mainly because buying heavier and heavier dumbbells overtime is very costly. Also some of my muscles are stronger than others and it would just be too expensive to buy a large range of free weights. I decided, instead, to go for resistance bands. These resistance bands seem very sturdy. I have only had them for a couple of weeks but they are very useful for at-home workouts and if you look online there are hundreds of different workouts that can be done with them. It is very easy to modify exercises that would normally use dumbbells and use resistance bands instead. Like I said, I haven't had them for a long time but they seem like they are good quality and I am not worried about them breaking anytime soon. The handles make it very easy to grasp and handle and the bag makes it easy to store and put away. They don't take up a lot of space, which is great. My boyfriend has tried them out and now he wants these too. The only improvement I can see is that it would be nice if the bands were labeled with their weight range because I forget and I constantly have to go back and check. I would definitely recommend these resistance bands.

I was worried that the bands may brake before buying this item but I still bought based on the reviews. The bands hold but the handles and strap were a hole different story. The strap broke on the first week of use and I was not even using more than 2 bands, it hurt my ankle pretty bad, after a couple of weeks it still hurt. I had not used the handles until this week and in the third use one of them broke and broke my living room glass door (I drilled a metal handle close to the door to use the bands). If you still want to buy, do yourself a favor and buy stronger handles and straps. The problem is that you may end up spending double for it, but you and your property will not get harm.I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the straps are still holding.

La descripción NO coincide con lo que se recibe faltan (cuerda para saltar, deslizantes, bandas) descritas en la publicación y reforzadas con un video decepcionante recibir el paquete y ver los faltantes, cabe aclarar que lo que se recibe se ve de buena calidad y sus componentes se ven robustos esperemos al tiempo, sugeriría no engañen con el video

El producto es todo lo que dice ser. Tengo dos meses usándolo y tanto las ligas como las empuñaduras y correas son de buena calidad y resistentes. Tal vez me hubiera gustado ver un instructivo con mejor información sobre sugerencias de ejercicios, pero es algo que se puede encontrar fácil en internet para armar una rutina.
