Amber Resin Solid, 10 g

I absolutely love this product!The fragrance is extremely pleasant and long lasting.A natural, pure smell,much better than some "offensive"perfumes. Amber is also known for it's "protective" qualities as well.Very "attractive" fragrance. I'm always being asked what I'm wearing and where they can get it.This brand is extremely pure and applies gently to the skin without irritations.I highly recommend this product and seller!Thank you.

Usually I am reading the negative reviews only when shopping online. Read some controversial opinion about this product, that this is a piece of stone, non-scented, non oily/greasy, etc.When I got my product, I was more than surprised. Yes, may be the piece was not exact the same that displayed on the picture, but it was greasy enough I was able to make exact one. It resembles kinetic sand. The scent was outstanding, indescribable. I bought for essential oil I use in perfumery. I was able to get so much oil out of these 10 grams.... scent is very strong and long lasting. I had to dilute it almost ten times to make it mixable with others. So I am giving 5 stars to this product, and very happy with my purchase! Great price! Good luck.

I wanted real amber...tree sap. It's used in perfumes and burned as incense and is a natural product.This is what some people are calling "amber resin"...It's some kind of wax, maybe beeswax.With perfume and color added. I think it has some tumeric or something similar for color.I got two cubes about the size of sugar cubes. They're dark in color and look like an old-fashioned product.But be warned.The fragrance is nice, but I am almost certain it's artificial perfume. There is a similar company selling a product called"Egyptian Goddess" which claims to be a musk perfume in the Egyptian tradition, but if you ask them they'lltell you it's all artificial chemical fragrance. This is like that. I'm a little allergic to it.I wish they would say what the ingredients are, but I don't think that's gonna happen.Take it from me. It's a wax, with colorant, and a fake patchouli-type fragrance.You might even like the fragrance. But it is not natural, my nose doesn't lie.Since it's beeswax-type material, you might be able to burn it, or you could rub it on your body.If you're not allergic to it.For those people saying "i've bought amber before and rubbed it on my body" you didn't buy amber.Amber feels like plastic and doesn't melt like that. It turns out this is a category of thing, that some companies are making,and they all have different recipes. You can find "amber resin" that is beeswax, patchouli, and saffron. On the natural side.Other people sell "amber resin" that is ghee or carnauba wax or basically lip gloss, with artificial color and artificial perfume added.There is very little in common from one product to the next. Like I say, you may really like this product, but it's not natural and it's not amber.it's like buying "amber scented bubble bath"...you might like it. But not if you're looking for real resin to use in a perfume or burn as incense or something.It's wrong to call this "amber" when it is not amber. If they had said "synthetic amber-scented perfume oil wax cube" I would have said"Bravo" although I would not have purchased it. MY bad for taking so long to write this review! A combination of moving, stress and the usual chaos of existence is no excuse for slacking off! This is primo amber resin at a very reasonable price. I purchased the resin from Tom's Incense (I've yet to receive anything other than wonderful products and service from this Seller, so recommend them highly to others). Depending upon your intended use, 10 gms goes a LONG way. I've returned to buy again because it's THAT GOOD. Warm it in your hands and? Instant SEXY scent when applied to pulse points. Need to clear the air quickly? Take a small chunk, hold it between your fingers and approach it with flame (it will liquify quickly and reharden, so don't put directly into flame or expose to flame for more than a few seconds, unless you intend to burn a bit as pure incense..in which case, self-igniting charcoal is recommended..and more than a small chunk (as pictured on the front left and right hand sides of the photo, for example) is all you'll need to emphatically "Amberize" an average sized living room.Why buy in resin form? Quick answer: it is increasingly difficult to find this sweet Amber fragrance in undilute Essential oil form without spending a King's ransom for a tiny bottle. As a "stand alone scent", smells great on the body, to the nose and in the air, works well in perfume blends AND is a great inclusion in DIY powder incense. While this is not Ayurvedic (read: liquid perfection can be bought if you have a bottomless bank account and/or really great friends who live in or commute to the U.S. from India), it is tantalizing & potent. Amber is, in the spiritual and astrological realm, a grounding fragrance..so if you're a bit of a space potato, air head, have some form of Attention Deficit, are experiencing burn out (aka: "Nervous Exhaustion") or are a world-famous Psychonaut, it is recommended that you keep some of this around. I carry a bit in my wallet in small zip lock bag wherever I go, just in case my Earthy qualities (which are minimal at best) threaten to fail me utterly. Just smelling the scent calms and helps me to repair my broken concentration. Keep a bit in a sterling silver locket or Gau to keep the scent close when you're under a lot of pressure, work in a deadline-driven frantic environment..you get the picture.This is a classic scent much like Sandalwood, Vanilla, Sage, Lavender, Patchouli. It's one I always keep in my basic olfactory repetoire. This is the very well crafted genuine, sweet Amber fragrance we know & Love.

As a Wiccan ingredient or as a home deodoriser Amber resin is the most beautiful aromat, with a delicate yet powerfully intoxicating fragrance. This product arrived on time & was well packaged, (with the pricing being about average of other sites).
